Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Trinexx Hotel. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services and facilities.
By accessing this website and making a reservation, you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use Trinexx Hotel's website if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
1. Reservations and Bookings
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Trinexx Hotel. We reserve the right to accept or decline any reservation at our discretion.
A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. You will receive a confirmation email once your booking is processed.
Special requests such as room location, floor preference, or specific amenities are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
2. Check-In and Check-Out
Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM (noon). Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Valid government-issued photo identification and credit card are required at check-in for all guests.
Late check-out after 12:00 PM may be subject to additional charges equivalent to 50% of the room rate for stays until 6:00 PM, and full room rate for stays beyond 6:00 PM.
3. Payment Terms
Full payment is due at the time of check-in unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance.
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, mobile money, and cash in Ghana Cedis or US Dollars.
A security deposit may be required at check-in to cover incidental charges. This will be refunded upon check-out after room inspection.

- Mobile Money: MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo
- Bank transfers must be completed 48 hours before arrival
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival or no-shows will be charged for the first night's accommodation.
Group bookings (10+ rooms) may have different cancellation policies. Please refer to your group booking confirmation.
Non-refundable rates and special promotional rates may have different cancellation policies as specified at the time of booking.
5. Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner and not disturb other guests or damage hotel property.
Smoking is prohibited in all guest rooms and indoor public areas. Designated smoking areas are available.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay. Repair or replacement costs will be charged to the guest's account.
The hotel reserves the right to remove any guest who engages in inappropriate behavior or violates hotel policies.
6. Liability and Insurance
The hotel is not responsible for loss or damage to guests' personal belongings unless placed in the hotel safe.
Guests are advised to maintain adequate travel and health insurance during their stay.
The hotel's liability for any claim is limited to the value of your accommodation and services purchased.
We recommend securing travel insurance that covers cancellations, medical emergencies, and personal belongings.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
We collect and process personal information in accordance with Ghana's Data Protection Act and international privacy standards.
Guest information is used solely for providing services and improving guest experience.
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required by law.

8. Force Majeure
The hotel shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Force majeure events include natural disasters, pandemics, civil unrest, government restrictions, or other extraordinary circumstances.
In case of force majeure, the hotel will make reasonable efforts to accommodate affected guests or provide alternative solutions.
9. Modifications to Terms
Trinexx Hotel reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
It is the guest's responsibility to review these terms periodically for updates.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana.
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
Both parties agree to attempt to resolve any disputes through mediation before pursuing legal action.
